Shipping: All shipments are made via the United States Postal Service (First Class, Parcel, Priority, Express, International Air Mail). Shipping costs are determined by weight and YOU the customer select the method of shipment.

*Please double check your address when entering your payment information. SOMusic will not be held responsible for packages that are returned because of insufficient address information. You will be charged for shipping twice. If your address cannot fit in the space provided, it is your responsibility to contact SOMusic, via email, to provide the correct information.

Payment Terms: Visa, Mastercard, and Discover accepted. WE DO NOT ACCEPT American Express.

Prices: Prices are subject to change without notice to reflect current publishing standards.

Returns: No returns will be accepted unless the merchandise is damaged or defective upon receipt. Any and all claims must be made within 48 hours of receipt of merchandise. An Order Number and Return Authorization Number must be referenced on all returns. No Returns on discontinued or closeout items.
